We use this information only to reply to you and, if you ask, to follow up about sponsorship or donations. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list without your permission.

Where it is stored

This website is hosted by Netlify. Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify and forwarded to us by email. Like most web hosts, Netlify may keep basic server logs (such as IP addresses) for security and reliability.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, and it does not load third-party tracking scripts or web fonts.

Donations

Online donations are handled by Zeffy on its own secure pages. Payment details you enter there are collected by Zeffy and its payment processors under their own privacy policies; we never see your full card number. We receive your name, contact details and gift amount so that we can thank you and send a receipt.

Links to other sites

This site links to other websites, including Poema Academy, which have their own privacy practices.

Children

This website is meant for parents, sponsors and the public. We ask that children under 13 not use our forms; a parent can contact us instead.

Your choices

You may ask us to see, correct or delete the information you have sent us by emailing us or writing to Poema Institute, Inc., 3387 Buckmoor Pkwy, Greenwood, IN 46143.
